What is my Order #?

After you made your purchase, you should have received an order number from us by E-Mail. The subject of the E-Mail will be Cellfservices: New Order # (your_order_number). If you did not receive an E-Mail from us, please check your Spam Folder first for your order confirmation. If it is not in your Spam Folder, please contact our Support Team.

It says that my Order # or E-Mail address is invalid.

Please double check your Order # and E-Mail address. The Order # will be the one you received from our system by Email. It is not identical with the IMEI of your phone. The E-Mail address will be either the one you entered on the Checkout Page or, if you paid by PayPal, your PayPal E-Mail address. If you need help with your Order # or E-Mail address, please contact our Support Team.
